pkr10 Platform

1Introduction

Welcome to pkr10 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). pkr10 is an online betting and casino information platform operated under an international operator license. The Platform is designed to serve English-speaking users in the Pakistan market and beyond, providing sports betting markets, live casino products, and associated information services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr10. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with and be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pkr10 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pkr10 website, mobile application and all associated services accessible at pkr10.cam and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a user's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination referenced for Pakistani users throughout the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of controls available to users including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion.

3Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on pkr10, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through pkr10 directly or through a relevant third-party responsible gambling scheme.
5. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account.
6. You must not hold any existing Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

4Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a unique password. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkr10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify pkr10 support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — including Accounts opened using different personal details, email addresses or payment methods to circumvent restrictions — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in all related Accounts being suspended, with Balances and Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture at pkr10's sole discretion.

4.4 Account Verification

pkr10 may request identity documents at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not access the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction, or use technical means (including VPNs or proxy servers) to circumvent geographic access controls.
• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose without explicit prior written authorisation from pkr10.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with any software, algorithm or system underlying the Platform.
• You will not engage in any automated data scraping, bot activity or systematic extraction of content from the Platform.
• You will not transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content through any communication function of the Platform.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws governing your use of the Platform.

6Deposits & Payments

6.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available to users are displayed in the Platform cashier and may vary by account region and verification status. Payment methods referenced on the Platform (including digital wallets and bank transfer services familiar to Pakistani users) are presented for informational context. pkr10 makes no representation that any specific payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method permits gambling-related transfers under that provider's own terms.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction and may differ by payment method. Limits are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be processed.

6.3 Currency

The Platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a primary account currency for eligible users. All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonus values and withdrawal amounts are denominated in the account currency. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

6.4 Declined Deposits

pkr10 is not responsible for deposits that are declined, delayed or rejected by the user's bank or payment provider. In cases where a deposit is received by pkr10 but subsequently reversed or charged back by the payment provider, pkr10 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from that deposit and recover the outstanding amount from the user's Account Balance.

7Withdrawals & KYC

7.1 KYC Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests require satisfactory completion of pkr10's KYC verification process. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where requested, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Users who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals.

7.2 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount via that method. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where a full withdrawal cannot be processed via the original deposit method, alternative methods may be available at pkr10's discretion.

7.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to operator internal processing schedules. pkr10 does not guarantee specific withdrawal turnaround times. Users should allow reasonable time for processing, particularly where additional KYC documentation has been requested. Processing time estimates displayed in the cashier are indicative only.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Account KYC verification must be complete and all submitted documents must be approved.
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or active fraud investigations.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have completed the applicable Wagering Requirement, or the user must elect to forfeit any remaining Bonus Funds prior to withdrawing.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected method.

8Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback credits and other promotional incentives offered by pkr10 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated in individual promotional terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household address, per IP address and per device.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real funds and may only be withdrawn following completion of the stated Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met are forfeited.
• Bonus funds staked on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, table games, certain slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage to the Wagering Requirement — consult the individual promotional terms for details.
• pkr10 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to fair use of any already-claimed bonus at the time of cancellation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies, multi-accounting, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

9Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pkr10 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. pkr10 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, system errors, or where acceptance would breach applicable regulatory obligations.

9.2 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious error in odds, markets, bet details or settlement, pkr10 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct terms. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled in the user's favour. Winnings derived from obvious errors are not the property of the user.

9.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event, as determined by the relevant governing body or official result-reporting service. pkr10 will use its reasonable judgement in cases where official results are delayed, disputed or subject to change. Settled bets will not ordinarily be re-opened, except in cases of manifest error.

9.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation. Delays between user action and bet confirmation may occur due to connection speed or platform processing. A bet is only accepted when confirmed by the Platform. Users are advised to verify their bet slip before submitting live wagers.

9.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per account. These limits are set by pkr10 and may vary by sport, market type and account tier. Where a bet would result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum, the stake will be adjusted accordingly, or the bet declined, at pkr10's discretion.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Opening multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with human user behaviour.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or other systematic methods designed to exploit pricing anomalies across markets.
• Colluding with other users, including in the context of poker or live dealer games.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or promotional misconfiguration for financial gain.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, including for money laundering or other financial crime purposes.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the user experience of other Platform users.

11Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by pkr10

pkr10 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a regulatory risk to the Platform. In such cases, the relevant Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

11.2 Closure by User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkr10 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, the user must withdraw any available real money Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Account closure requests may take up to 5 working days to process.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not been accessed or used for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkr10 may apply a monthly administration charge to dormant Account Balances, as disclosed in the Platform cashier. Users will be notified before dormancy charges are applied where contact details on file are current and functional.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr10 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds information, editorial content or promotional descriptions.
• Any loss caused by delays, interruptions or errors in the Platform, including during live sporting events.
• Any loss arising from a failure by a third-party payment provider to process a deposit or withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

13Responsible Gambling

pkr10 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by contacting support at [email protected] or via the Account responsible gambling settings.
• Reality Checks: Users may activate on-screen session time reminders.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and editorial content — is the property of pkr10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pkr10.

The pkr10 brand name and associated marks are the property of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use pkr10's intellectual property other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

15Amendments to These Terms

pkr10 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pkr10 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders via the registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are advised to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute between a user and pkr10 will govern that dispute.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr10 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact pkr10 support to seek informal resolution of any dispute. pkr10 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints received in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
